Polite and attentive staff, balanced between helpfulness and not being overly obsequious. Delicious meals, though not particularly memorable. Clean and well-regulated pool area. Delightful personalized service, with staff remembering details and delivering a personalized experience. Excellent food, including at Yi restaurant. Lovely room with all the necessary amenities and convenient control through iPads. A highly recommended hotel experience.

This hotel is perfectly located, with many attractions and shops in very close proximity in the adjoining malls. The rooms are spacious and traditional, offering a truly unique experience. The service provided by the staff is impeccable, making guests feel like royalty from the moment of arrival. The afternoon tea in the lobby is delightful, with a wide selection of delicious food. The long bar and writers bar offer a great atmosphere for drinks and socializing.

The control system using an iPad in the room can be frustrating and not always responsive.

With a rooftop pool providing a relaxing spot to unwind, this hotel is truly exceptional.

Beautiful hotel with stunning grounds and rooms. Spectacular bathroom tiles and lovely separate lounge area. Excellent staff who provide personalized service and know customers by name. Complimentary champagne and chocolates for our anniversary.

Nothing negative to say.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all of our needs with its exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional, especially at the Spa and wellness centre, which had a sauna, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi. We enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop pool, sun terrace, and garden area, which had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

Although there was an outdoor dining area available, the snack bar's special diet menus were limited and not as impressive as we had hoped.

I had an amazing stay at this iconic hotel. The colonial charm and impeccable service made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the location was perfect, allowing easy access to transportation and famous establishments. The staff were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Les chambres sont simples mais bien agencées, avec une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct et le personnel est accommodant. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, offrant un bon sommeil. De plus, la climatisation est efficace, assurant un confort optimal. Un avantage supplémentaire est la possibilité de prendre le café à l'extérieur pour les fumeurs.

La proximité de l'autoroute peut occasionner un léger bruit de circulation.
