Historical and charming ambiance. Great Christmas dinner in the Billiard Room. Magnificent suite with beautiful period fittings. Polite and attentive staff, balanced between helpfulness and not being overly obsequious. Delicious meals, though not particularly memorable. Clean and well-regulated pool area. Delightful personalized service, with staff remembering details and delivering a personalized experience. Excellent food, including at Yi restaurant. Lovely room with all the necessary amenities and convenient control through iPads. A highly recommended hotel experience.

This hotel is perfectly located, with many attractions and shops in very close proximity in the adjoining malls. The rooms are spacious and traditional, offering a truly unique experience. The service provided by the staff is impeccable, making guests feel like royalty from the moment of arrival. The afternoon tea in the lobby is delightful, with a wide selection of delicious food. The long bar and writers bar offer a great atmosphere for drinks and socializing.
The control system using an iPad in the room can be frustrating and not always responsive.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all of our needs with its exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional, especially at the Spa and wellness centre, which had a sauna, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi. We enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop pool, sun terrace, and garden area, which had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
Although there was an outdoor dining area available, the snack bar's special diet menus were limited and not as impressive as we had hoped.

I had an amazing stay at this iconic hotel. The colonial charm and perfect service made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was perfect. the location was perfect, with access to transportation and famous establishments.
Almost perfect, just a few minor areas for improvement.

La chambre, bien chauffée, est de taille standard et propre. Le petit déjeuner à volonté propose des produits de qualité et variés. De plus, le grand parking gratuit est un avantage certain pour les voyageurs en voiture.
La salle de bain manque de confort avec peu de serviettes et l'absence de produits pour se laver.
